I have a 2000 model Challenger and I do get down to 9L/100Km on the highway but I service my vehicle and it is well looked after. The Pajero has more room over the Challenger. My brother has the Pajero with the 3.5L motor. On the same trip, he was roughly 2L/100KM worse economy. Looking at after market items, Pajero is much better.
